New blog…people always asks me about food and tech so I decided to combine both in one place. And for the first post, it is food and one of my favorite: hotdogs.

As a Venezuelan, hotdogs are street food, after a party, a night out, hotdogs are always on the menu. This is what I used to do when I was living in Venezuela and younger. Today, Venezuela is different and I don’t want to get into that in this post, this is about hotdogs.

So here is the way I eat hotdogs back home:

Hotdog on a bun, crushed potato chips, shredded cheese, ketchup, mayo and mustard.

And here are two additional versions I really enjoy.

The middle one is coleslaw, ketchup, mustard and mayo.

The bottom one is avocado, feta cheese and pink sauce, which is just ketchup and mayo mixed.

I use Hebrew National for the hotdogs and the buns are usually the cheapest ones :-). And I boil them… I do prefer them grill but this is a fast way to make them.

Try them at home and let me know. And if you any combination you like, please let me know. I would love to try them.
